    1. iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus or later running the latest version of iOS

  • How secure are keys in Apple Wallet?

    When your access card is added to Apple Wallet on your iPhone and Apple Watch, it’s stored on your device, which means Apple doesn’t see the spaces you access or when. Your data is private and secure.

  • Does my iPhone or Apple Watch support access card in Apple Wallet?

    To add and use your access card in Apple Wallet, an iPhone XS or later, or iPhone SE (2nd generation), with the latest version of iOS. Optionally, an Apple Watch Series 5 or later, or Apple Watch SE, with the latest version of Apple WatchOS.

  • How do I set up my access card in Apple Wallet?

    From the ResiKEY mobile app, add your access card to Apple Wallet on your iPhone and Apple Watch and easily access your building your Apple Watch or supported iPhone. 

  • How do I use my access card in Apple Wallet?

    Add your access card to Apple Wallet. Then hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the lock/door handle to unlock. It's that easy.

  • Do I need to unlock my iPhone to use my access card in Apple Wallet?

    With Express Mode, you don’t need to wake or unlock your iPhone or Apple Watch to use your access card in Apple Wallet.

  • What happens if my iPhone needs to be charged? Can I still use my access card in Apple Wallet if my iPhone has a dead battery?

    If your iPhone needs a charge, your access card in Apple Wallet will still work. On iPhone XS, XS Max, XR, and more recent devices, Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access after the device’s battery needs to be charged, so you can still get inside.

  • Can I use my access card in Apple Wallet without cellular signal?

    Your access card in Apple Wallet can be used even if iPhone or Apple Watch does not have network connectivity, as the access card is stored on your device. If you are having any difficulty using your access card to access the building, report any issues to your office manager.

  • What happens to my access card in Apple Wallet if I lose my iPhone or Apple Watch?

    If your iPhone or Apple Watch is misplaced or lost, you should use Find My iPhone to suspend or deactivate your access card in Apple Wallet. Instructions for Lost/Found Apple devices and Find My iPhone are located at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201472 Your access card in Apple Wallet will then be reactivated once your device is recovered. You can reactivate a found device that was suspended via iCloud.com.


    You should also contact your office manager and let them know. 

  • What functionality is available with access card in Apple Wallet?

    You can use your access card in your Apple Wallet everywhere your current physical access card works. 

  • What happens if I get a new iPhone or Apple Watch?

    You should first remove your pass from your old device in the Apple Wallet app. Once your old pass is removed, you can add your pass to the new device by using the ResiKEY mobile app.

  • How do I remove my access card from Apple Wallet?

    On your iPhone, open Apple Wallet. Select your access card. Tap the 'More' button. Then to delete the access card, just tap Remove Key.

  • Does it cost anything?

    There is no cost to add or use your access card in Apple Wallet.

  • How do I verify my Apple Watch device version?

    The Series number for your Apple Watch can be found on the back of the Apple Watch. Note: Series 0 Apple Watch is not eligible for this program.

  • What is Google Wallet?

    Google Wallet is a digital wallet that allows you to securely store your cards, tickets, passes, keys, and IDs.

  • Do I need to unlock my device to use my access card in the Google Wallet?

    No, you do not need to unlock your device, however you do need to wake your device. 

  • How do I know if my access card worked?

    Hold it to the card reader until you find a blue check mark on your screen.

  • What if my device is jailbroken?

    If your device is rooted, or "jailbroken," runs a custom ROM, or has modified factory software, Google Wallet won't work due to security risks.

  • What if I can't add my access card to my Android device?

    Often, an error when you try to add your corporate badge can be fixed if you update Play services on your device.

    1. On your Android device or tablet, open Settings.
    2. Tap Apps ¬tifications and then See all apps.
    3. Scroll and tap Google Play Services.
    4. Scroll and tap App Details.
    5. Tap Update or Install. If those options aren't available, then your Google Play services are up to date.

    Tip: If you can't find Google Play services, open Settings. At the top, search for Google Play services.

  • How do I transfer my access card to a new device?

    Step 1: Remove your corporate badge from your current device

    1. Open the Google Wallet app .
    2. Scroll to find your corporate badge.
    3. Tap your corporate badge.
    4. In the top right, tap More and then Remove card.

    Step 2: Set up your corporate badge on your new device

    1. Download and sign in to the 101 Collins mobile app with your username and password.
    2. Tap Add to Google Wallet.
    3. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  • How do I remove my access card from the Google Wallet?

    1. Open the Google Wallet app.
    2. Scroll to find your corporate badge.
    3. Tap your badge.
    4. At the top right, tap More More and then Remove card and then Remove.
  • What if my device is lost or stollen?

    If your device is lost or stolen, you should: Find, lock, or erase your lost device. After you recover your device or get a new one, you can re-enable your access card.


    You should let your employer know that your device is lost as soon as you can.
