Welcome to ResiKEY, a mobile application that provides secure digital access control via wallet-based credentials. By accessing or using the ResiKEY mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

ResiKEY enables users to manage and use digital credentials for physical access to buildings, rooms, and facilities. You must only use ResiKEY in accordance with applicable laws and building rules.

2. Account Registration

To use ResiKEY, you must register an account and provide accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Wallet Credentials

ResiKEY allows access credentials to be issued and stored in mobile wallets (e.g., Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). These credentials are managed by your building or organisation and are subject to approval and control by them.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
• Attempt to access facilities without valid credentials.
• Interfere with the operation of the App or any integrated systems.
• Share or duplicate credentials issued via the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features in ResiKEY are the intellectual property of ResiKEY or its licensors and may not be copied, altered, or distributed without permission.

6. System Requirements

Access to ResiKEY requires a compatible mobile device, internet connection, and supported digital wallet platform. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets these requirements.

7. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion for any breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

ResiKEY is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service or specific access outcomes. We are not responsible for delays, outages, or failures caused by third-party systems (e.g., building access hardware or wallet platforms).

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
